У книзі йдеться про необхідність визначити підстави, про «теорію адекватності» і «неадекватності», яка їй протистоїть, про взаємне виключення і одночасну присутність цього для кожного. У цій частині актуалізується «проблема підстав», які можуть бути запропоновані для подолання існуючої тотальної невизначеності наявного буття. Оцінюються особливі глобальні думки про процес включення кожного до наче безумства, що відбувається, або до чогось іншого, що є цілковито невизначеним для підсумкового, останнього визначення. Пропонується ще один варіант визначення понять «ідеологія» і «пропаганда».

The book talks about the need to determine the grounds, about the “adequacy theory” and the opposing “inadequacy”, about the mutual exclusion and the simultaneous presence of this for everyone. In this part, the “problem of the grounds” is actualized, which can be proposed to overcome the existing total uncertainty of the represented being. The special global thoughts about the ongoing process of including everyone in what is happening, as it were, madness, or in something else, which is completely indefinable for the final, last detection, are evaluated. The next version of revealing of the “ideology” and “propaganda” concepts is proposed.
The language and words in the paper are used in a specific way, which requires a certain preparation for understanding and revealing the essence of the text. It is published in the author's edition. The text has no special esoteric properties. The suggestions made herein represent only the personal opinion of the author, and it may change depending on the constantly evolving experience. The proposed narrative has no literal or applied interpretation, has no direct relation to what happened or what is happening, all this is nothing more than mental concept in some abstract space.
